Week One
Session filled to the brim with all of the brain health expertise I have compiled-- from research articles to books to lived experiences & familial experiences with those who have dementia.
There will be information about physical activity, engaging with others socially, relaxation, sleep and information about nutrition in a way that's easy to understand and implement in your current busy daily routine.​

Week Two
The second session will be dedicated to information all about cognition including the different kinds of memory and where it occurs in the brain, what mild cognitive impairment is, what to do if you think you or a loved one has mild cognitive impairment, & resources to assess your cognition on an ongoing basis.​
After this session, you will know what age-related changes are normal and have the tools to decide whether you or someone you know should speak with a Doctor about additional testing.
Week Three
The third and final session will be filled with 5+ memory strategies that are proven to keep you from forgetting where you put your phone, remember conversations with loved ones and maintain mental clarity. We will talk about how to implement these in daily life too which may include with friends, family, & at work.
