The second and final session will be filled with THE BEST tried and true memory strategies to keep you from forgetting where you put your phone/keys/wallet, remembering conversations with loved ones and not losing your train of thought! I'm not just going to train for strategies and then leave ya, we'll talk about how to implement these in daily life (with friends, family, & at work). I promise it'll be fun too!
