Reducing the risk of dementia: Blueprint for BEST brain health is a 3 week course that will take you from avoidant and stressed out about getting dementia to knowing EXACTLY what to do to reduce your risk of that even happening with simple lifestyle modifications!

This is for YOU if you feel anxious and uncertain about aging and you want to ensure you have a long, full life without being help back by thinking skills so you can enjoy memories with your kids and grandkids. You CAN have mental clarity, and wit well into your 80s and 90s if you know the right steps to protect your thinking skills.

 

This was created for those who are health-conscious, have a family history of dementia (since the risk is higher), a caregiver of someone living with dementia OR anyone who wants to prioritize their brain health starting T O D A Y!

What can you expect?

Week One

Session filled to the brim with all of the brain health content I know-- from research articles to books to lived experiences working with patients who have dementia.

There will be information about physical activity, engaging with others socially, relaxation, sleep and LOADS (and loads and loads) of information about nutrition 🥬🍓🧠

NOTE: You will leave this session with *free* ways to decrease your risk of dementia by 45%. 

Week Two

The second session will be dedicated to information all about cognition including mild cognitive impairment & resources to assess your cognition. 

 

 

 

NOTE: After this session, you will know what age-related changes are normal and have the tools to decide whether you or someone you know should speak with a Doctor about additional testing.

Week Three

The third and final session will be filled with 5+ memory strategies including external memory aids & internal memory aids. These are evidence-based, proven memory strategies. We will talk about how to implement these in daily life too.

NOTE: You will be trained on memory strategies & walk away with immediate ways to implement them!
